Great staff, great service.

From the initial planning of our kitchen everything was made so stress free. The plans were exactly what we envisioned. The 3D plans and coloured pictures were great. We could see exactly how our kitchen would look. Tweaking the plans was done quickly without any fuss. From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly.

Roy was Brilliant! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Roy was brilliant! Our kitchen design(s) were brilliant. We actually looked at I think it was 5 different layouts in the end. Nothing was ever an issue for Roy and he got back to us much quicker than we thought. Kitchen is great quality (Whitby Pebble) will definitely recommend them!

Perfect Design

My new kitchen was designed by Roy Reay it gave me everything I asked for. I had no idea about cupboard interiors or backboards etc and he put together this amazing design for me I couldn’t be more pleased. My fitter was Ricky Harding of RLH Trades Ltd. I can highly recommend both of these amazing men. This was for the Northfleet branch of Howdens the staff were very helpful.

I order some materials and they say…

I order some materials and they say they dont have now so i ask when? Aswee in two weeks i just ask for bludy architraves for tree door the samples ones ! Butt that I can understand but I ask the guy at the counter to let me know whatever is ready no answer till never !!!! No thanks prefer normal supply store with materials 😂

Nathan at the Gravesend South Branch is a fantastic example of an individual who takes his job seriously, I care to mention and praise his ability to listen and articulate, show great professionalism and truly represent Howdens holistically. Nathan's politeness further complimented the service we received and all the above ensuring the delivery of our new kitchen was spot on, and simply remarkable. Most importantly what I admired was his patience with myself and the several change requests I had asked as I wanted to make sure the kitchen was perfect and aligned with our budget.

Great professional team, very helpful

I went to Howdens in Gravesend, the depot on the south side of Gravesend, Recently opened and fully stocked, I needed quite a lot of materials and they had everything I needed, the staff were super friendly and helpful, Chris (the manager I believe) was really helpful, he mentioned that I could get a credit account so he filled out a form for me and within minutes I was able to then put the materials needed onto an account. Very helpful when carrying out lots of different works. The staff were professional and were all really helpful, it’s good to know when I’m in the area that I can rely on this new depot. Thank you to an Anita who helped me choose the right adhesives too, I was even offered a coffee! Great team, well done, thank you for the help.
