Northfleet Howdens - Chris, Scot and their amazing complete team have just made my kitchen transformation happen! From start to finish , end to end design, materials, production and snagging they have supported me throughout the complete process. Without them it would never of happened and would have given me so much stress , Thankyou for being the best support team in the country throughout- I really couldn’t praise them high enough . 1st Class Service

Without exception all the staff at Northfleet particularly Roy, Scott, Chris & Anita are approachable, professional & very knowledgeable. Designer Roy provided friendly sound advice & was always prompt replying to enquiries. Unintentionally I turned into a nightmare client requesting different alternatives even changing my completed order at the last minute. Despite this no one hid from me on my many visits! I was greeted with friendly patience & made to feel like a valued customer. Thank you sincerely to the whole team.

You do have a good range of products…

You do have a good range of products and good service. If you wish to make it better, you could stock fire door liners to fit all of the fire door sizes which you stock. Also had one liner which was not the size ordered. We can cut it down on site.

Great staff, great service.

From the initial planning of our kitchen everything was made so stress free. The plans were exactly what we envisioned. The 3D plans and coloured pictures were great. We could see exactly how our kitchen would look. Tweaking the plans was done quickly without any fuss. From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly.

Roy was Brilliant! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Roy was brilliant! Our kitchen design(s) were brilliant. We actually looked at I think it was 5 different layouts in the end. Nothing was ever an issue for Roy and he got back to us much quicker than we thought. Kitchen is great quality (Whitby Pebble) will definitely recommend them!

Perfect Design

My new kitchen was designed by Roy Reay it gave me everything I asked for. I had no idea about cupboard interiors or backboards etc and he put together this amazing design for me I couldn’t be more pleased. My fitter was Ricky Harding of RLH Trades Ltd. I can highly recommend both of these amazing men. This was for the Northfleet branch of Howdens the staff were very helpful.

I order some materials and they say…

I order some materials and they say they dont have now so i ask when? Aswee in two weeks i just ask for bludy architraves for tree door the samples ones ! Butt that I can understand but I ask the guy at the counter to let me know whatever is ready no answer till never !!!! No thanks prefer normal supply store with materials 😂
