Northwich Howdens. Julie came to quote for my kitchen, she was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and made great suggestions. The best contact. will not use Howdens this time due to a personal contact with a neighbour, however will highly recommend and use in future.

Howdens Northwich decided to send someone round to my house with no warning to interogate me after I decided to buy a kitchen elsewhere. A very uncomfortable experience - avoid!

A curate's egg interaction.

I was contacted promptly after my online enquiry and called back as requested when the first response was inconvenient. The gentleman was not from my area, oddly and I found his manner condescending, as he explained he could not match my car renewal quote. Fair enough, but his tone lacked (potential) client empathy.
