Staff were not interested

Staff were not interested, did not have the information I wanted to hand, and it seemed a lot of trouble to ask warehouse staff to get out a product to measure. 1 item was damaged, the customer refused it, i returned it to the store where it was inspected and then had to be approved by a manager for a refund.

Went to Howdens Queens Drive Nottingham to collect and pay on behalf of someone who account had expired. They still me purchase it after paying, I asked for a receipt, they said they where unable to give one as the account had expired. How in these days is a company unable to give a receipt. I would have done ,0 star if that was a option. Staff where unhelpful.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare had our new kitchen installed last summer in first few months, so far dish washer needed repairing, work tops were faulty, washer/dryer needed repair. Only in April washer has completely died on us waited 4 weeks for replacement which was delivered today thats faulty too. Now been told its up to us to get the original washer out before they can put new one it. Never met a company so slap dash and clearly never heard of customer service, my advice avoid them not worth the money they charge! P.s and to add insult to injury the dish washer has packed up again.
