What a journey for a small kitchen

What a journey for a small kitchen ! with delays for wiring, plastering, having to locate various tradesmen. Howdens were understanding of the problems and although it spanned a long time there was no problem changing orders or getting a refund after returning items even over a number of months.

Too many incorrect orders

Unfortunately there has been too many occassions where the order has been delivered incorrectly and more recently items have been ordered in branch and not even set up for delivery so has delayed the project by a week. I will be moving to another branch if continues.

I would also like to make a special mention and recommendation to Steven. From initial consultation through to delivery his professionalism and customer care has been exceptional. Expert in kitchen design ensuring all our options were fully explained and no matter how many changes and discussions were held nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely could not have managed this project without your diligence, hard work and support and I am very grateful thank you. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone reading this review.
