I regularly use Howdens on a weekly basis. There is no other kitchen outlet company. I’ll go to. I recommend all my customers due to their efficiency and swift service.

What a journey for a small kitchen

What a journey for a small kitchen ! with delays for wiring, plastering, having to locate various tradesmen. Howdens were understanding of the problems and although it spanned a long time there was no problem changing orders or getting a refund after returning items even over a number of months.

Too many incorrect orders

Unfortunately there has been too many occassions where the order has been delivered incorrectly and more recently items have been ordered in branch and not even set up for delivery so has delayed the project by a week. I will be moving to another branch if continues.
