Speedy & reliable, kitchen looks great now complete. Wrong splashback delivered due to warehouse issue so lost a star. Replaced same day but fitter had to waste some time. Used Ormskirk & Aintree for supply.

From start to finish, we couldn’t have had a better experience in the Ormskirk branch. Phil was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options and helped us choose what was right for us. He explained all about having a trade account and all the offers available to account holders. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we didn't feel rushed at all. The units, microwave and accessories were delivered in perfect condition and on time as promised. Phil followed everything up with a confirmation email the same day. We couldn’t recommend Howdens and particularly Phil enough, excellent customer service - very happy with our purchase.

I deal solely with Howdens Ormskirk when it comes to kitchens. They are very professional and helpful. I always deal with Mark Passey when designing kitchens. He's always available to chat over things and will bend over backwards to help out if needs be! Any customers that come to me wanting a kitchen design get his number passed to them!
