I have used Howdens over a number of years and continue to do so which tells you straight away how highly I rate this company. Despite staff changes, I have always been dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Staff are helpful, informative and understand the meaning of excellent customer service. I have always been kept informed of any delays and on the rare occasion where something has gone astray, this has been rectified swiftly and efficiently. I have even had home visits when an issue has developed at a later date, and one of their staff, in this case Peter, arrived punctually, listened to my concerns and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. If you want a company with staff that genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond with no fuss and no stress, then I would highly recommend Howdens of Oswestry.

Great personal service

Great Staff

Been using Howdens for our projects for many years. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to source products when on a tight schedule. They have good stock, so you are never waiting too long for deliveries. The product is top quality and our clients are always pleased with the end result.

Getting invoices is very difficult

Getting invoices is very difficult. We cannot access the portal and emails requesting copies are not always responded to, yet Final demands arrive.

Probably the worst supplier we have…

Probably the worst supplier we have ever dealt with. They specified parts for a job. When first box of units were assembled realised they were totally unsuitable for the job in question. Returned all parts to the depot where goods purchased only to be told cannot get credit for items opened!!! We refused to pay for the incorrect parts so they are now persuing us through the courts for a paultry amount. We are really looking forward to our day in court. One laughable point is they have now missed out on the chance of business in a new development we are in the process of building
