Absolutely amazing team at Howdens…

Absolutely amazing team at Howdens Aviemore they went way beyond. Rental house, broken 5 ring induction hob,children arriving to their new home from 500 miles away and its late Friday. The Howdens team searched out a hob in Nairn then had it couriered to Aviemore and then even offered to drop it off at the house……and gave me my full trade discount. What a great team they are all brilliant so nice to get customer service like this.

Otley branch made such a mess of the…

Otley branch made such a mess of the kitchen for Julia balderstone in Ilkley, Jake planned it wrong, took much stuff arrived that no one knew anything about and when it went back it was not credited properly and took months to get a proper solution to the account..... totally stressful and will not be using otley branch again.

Great staff and high quality units…

I found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and the planning service is excellent. The kitchen/ bathroom units we purchased are of a high quality and excellent value for the price. The delivery charges I thought were very expensive-£80.00 for only a few units to be taken less than two miles! However, my first use of Howdens was a very positive experience and I will be using them from now on a regular basis.
