Howdens Otley

Designer Simon was brilliant and all staff helpful when we called. We are delighted with the finished product. Our only negatives were around the fact that there are no prices are in the brochure and items changed their stock codes. This made refining our choices really difficult

I have paid £9 k for my basement…

I have paid £9 k for my basement conversion from Howdens of Otley I am extremely disappointed as after measuring the space the carcasses supplied have all had to be extremely modified at some considerable extra expense by joiners to make them fit for purpose. The aftercare and communication from Howdens was disappointing too I regret the day I instructed them as made my conversion a time of stress instead of excitement and anticipation Money not well spent.

Fantastic service from Howdens Otley from start to finish. All staff were very helpful and friendly and extremely patient when I was having difficulty making decisions and changing my mind! My new kitchen looks fabulous and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Fantastic Otley Branch!

Simon King at the Otley branch did a fantastic job of both designing and then helping us realise our dream kitchen, in a complicated space. The overall look is stunning and we were guided through the whole process. Would recommend to anybody!
