Otley branch made such a mess of the kitchen for Julia balderstone in Ilkley, Jake planned it wrong, took much stuff arrived that no one knew anything about and when it went back it was not credited properly and took months to get a proper solution to the account..... totally stressful and will not be using otley branch again.

Great staff and high quality units…

I found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and the planning service is excellent. The kitchen/ bathroom units we purchased are of a high quality and excellent value for the price. The delivery charges I thought were very expensive-£80.00 for only a few units to be taken less than two miles! However, my first use of Howdens was a very positive experience and I will be using them from now on a regular basis.

Designer Simon was brilliant and all staff helpful when we called. We are delighted with the finished product. Our only negatives were around the fact that there are no prices are in the brochure and items changed their stock codes. This made refining our choices really difficult
