Paul, Nikki and the team at paddock wood are great and friendly. Lovely welcome on opening the account and friendly every time I walk on. I Had a job to get done over the weekend and the team pulled out the bits they had in stock so we could get going and picked up the rest the following day.

Fantastic aftersales care!

Great quality kitchens and great designers. Additionally Becky at Paddock Wood branch has helped me with some aftersales care and she was absolutely fantastic! She was so attentive and professional and has arranged for a replacement part to be sent out under warranty! Customer service at its finest. I can't thank her enough! I'd recommend Howdens not only for their great kitchens but also based on my interactions with Becky, for aftersales care also!

Ollie & Paul have been fantastic…

Ollie & Paul have been fantastic throughout! Paul came out to measure up and design the kitchen - from which there was not a single change, Ollie then organised delivery (quickly) and was on hand to answer all questions. Whole process has been great, could not recommend Howdens - Paddock Wood more.
