A pretty stressful experience.

The assembly process was definitely easier than dealing with Ikea, and the quality seems to be superior to Wren. However, we were sold products that didn't match what was promised, and we didn't receive a like-for-like replacement when we beat a quote. Wrong items were sent, missing items and we had to wait for these to be sorted for correct ones. There was no mention of a delivery charge when we agreed to the price, and we've been trying to resolve this issue for months with no success. *UPDATE* I will definitely think twice before recommending Howdens to anyone and using the Pembroke Depo for any further purchases. All issues have been resolved and raised with the depot manager.

had to give up going to my nearest howdens (neyland) because of no stock, manager totaly oblivious (or dosen,t care) I would leave my work, travel 14 miles to neyland as they said they had my order only to arrive to be told they don,t have it, so its in the van 9 miles to haverfordwest wqho does have it, then back to work 90 mins later with a bit that should have been in the order in the first place. Not Good. Hopeless, so i moved my acount to Haverfordwest, I must say, i just had a kitchen designed and the quote was a little over 11K, my customers also went to Magnet and it was 6K , your units are no different to Magnet, so don't take the mick, I never used to but now i will always check you against other kitchen suppliers. The way i see it howdens will not be around much longer, you cannot fool the people all of the time, you will be found out, like me. Phil Griff 07770572463
