I contacted the Edinburgh road branch regarding buying sone drawers for my howdens kitchen which was purchased from them years ago the drawers had broken and I required new ones I explained that the company who put it in was no longer trading but I really needed these drawer The staff were not very helpful and said without a tradesmen I couldn’t buy drawers well I was not impressed as technically it was still under warranty and I was willing to pay for these drawers After looking round several other companies. To try and purchase drawers I couldn’t find any that would fit my units I contacted the north muirton branch and was served by a lovely guy rowan A totally different experience Very friendly and he managed to get my drawers with a smile and great service The whole atmosphere in the office was great all staff helpful and friendly and nothing was to much trouble thank rowan and other staff great service and I highly recommend you
