Avoid!

Unfortunately, I will not be using Howdens again. The dimensions taken when designed were incorrect, therefore resulting in kitchen units that didn’t fit. Thankfully my carpenter was able to resolve the issue but this ended up him working longer hours, costing me a lot more money that it should have been, had the kitchen been designed correctly.

Pleased with Wardrobe’s

Got wardrobes through Russell who was very good to order through also knowledgeable on what I was trying to do and wanted. Couple of bits where not in my order but was sorted out straight away. The only thing I didn’t like was the instructions which I didn’t think where very clear and also had to print off pages when I was given a booklet from Russell when I said things weren’t clear.

A big thank you to Howdens Marsh Mills branch. We were undertaking a refit of a house from which we live 2 1/2 hours away. Everyone was super helpful and polite (even when I was stressed on the phone) and nothing was too much trouble. The new kitchen for one of our rentals looks great and I was pleased with the price. Much appreciated everyone!!
