I once went to a competitors trade counter, I was asking for technical advice... They literally threw a fitters guide book at me and thought that was funny. It was the last time I walked through those doors! When I go to the trade place with orange logo, I seem to get told what I can and can't do, or rather "that's not allowed' - it's like being back at primary school. When I do into Howdens at Ponte, first up I get a great coffee. I get a welcome. And I get looked after... Great knowledge Great products (always in stock) Helpful design team and staff Fair prices It's helpful knowing that we are on the same wavelength and team. Though I would say. - not all Howdens are the same....

Let's be honest, not all depots are the same! But Howdens Pontefract is Premier League. Always great service, always 'offers' to be had. Everything always in stock* (*mostly) Really easy to work with. Oh and always a decent cup of coffee.

6 oak doors. Amazing service

Sam made everything from start to finish effortless. His knowledge of doors really helped with our awkward door frames sizes. He ensured all our doors were correct and had sufficient lipping to remove for us to get the doors to fit perfectly. He was a true professional. Recommending Howdens and Sam to friends, family and colleagues. Amazing service.
