Friendly,helpful why go anywhere else

I have used alot of different of different depots over the years and they all vary so much which is largely down to the staff. At Pontefract it works well and the friendly team make you feel welcomed and are really helpful. I have had my account there over 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Let's face it, not all depot's are the same, but Pontefract - on all levels (from the guys in the store to planning, sales, management, transport and after care) are absolutely bloody brilliant. I no longer fit (inferior) kitchens for anyone else. I was talking to a developer recently, he was saying that Howdens were too expensive. I said he was probably at the wrong depot, with a team who weren't looking after him, when I I explained the benefits of Howdens having everything in stock, ready to go at fair prices, he did become a little more interested. Howdens do occasionally write to me saying 'pay up' in a manner more forceful than I'm happy with, but on a local, depot level, Pontefact is a great team.
