As a local business man I've had an account with the Pontefract branch of Howdens joinery for 20 years and although staff members come and go the whole ethos of the company is to help out where ever they can and they do this with professionalism and friendliness. One of the staff members Sarah has helped me out on numerous occasions with a quick and polite response to any questions that I have thrown at her.
