What is the point (revised)

What is the point? You never read these or implement change. Too many of the general public have an account. The website is absolutely diabolical. Too many price rises. I've been a loyal Howdens trade customer for years but I'll be going back to Tradepoint. I meant to add that while the guys in my local branch (Poole) are excellent, it is becoming apparent that the fabric of the company (higher up the chain) are not making the right decisions for the benefit of what used to be the main clientele (trade). The website STILL doesn't work as it should and you can only complain to the local branch or credit control. Management hides behind all of these decent teams of staff so they don't get to face the sharp end at all. Money grabbing cowards

Extremely Pleased

Recently had to replace a kitchen and was recommended to Howdens. The local Bournemouth branch were extremely helpful and professional in all aspects from talking through the options, the survey and finally the quick delivery and of course the price was very good value for money. Would highly recommend at anytime.
