Overall great experience in the Poole branch...

Worked with Hannah in Sales in the Poole branch to design and quote a new kitchen, she really understood the assignment. Advised about budget, cost matching from other competitors, and working directly with my builder. As we were in no rush, she advised the best time to get the kitchen on order for savings, and worked with delivery to store in my garage until being fitted. Numerous small changes were made throughout the design stages and she worked quickly to bring those to life so I had a clear vision. Overall great to work with and found the kitchen we wanted, in the budget we had which is difficult these days.

Hannah was really great when it came to designing the kitchen. She took loads of time and was a huge help. The kitchen arrived on time and the lads helped carry it in.

Bought a £3.7k kitchen missing part…

Bought a £3.7k kitchen missing part unfortunately didnt have it in store had to travel a long way to get it to fitter around two hours roundabout trip. Fitter was told Howdens Poole would reimburse, then the same was stated to my husband by email, I then went to the local depot no reimbursement granted. My husband complained no one had the curteousy to respond Amateur after sales service and no concept of time especially our wasted time. Shame

Door ordered on line. Order was easily found and taken to the warehouse. Young chap promptly bought it out to me. It would have been nice if he had given me a hand to load it onto my vehicle.
