Part of my order was 2 wardrobe chest of drawers, only one chest was put on the order when I was given the price from Howdens. This was a verbal quote so no hard copy to look at and go through and check what was ordered . Found out only 1 chest was ordered. Fitted price already given to customer by then so can’t ask for £641 for another chest. Had to source elsewhere for drawers as £641 is excessive. Order arrived on site incomplete and incorrect. I’m out of pocket , Howdens isn’t. Condescending male staff member that dealt with my issues. Have dealt with your Ipswich and Martlesham branches for over 20yrs, 10 out of 10 for both. Have dealt with Bridgend and Port Talbot branches for about 4yrs now , NEVER had a correct order yet. I think you can gauge how unimpressed I am. Female staff are pleasant, male staff ………..

Howdens supplied kitchen over a period…

Howdens supplied kitchen over a period of time I noticed the end panels and corner posts covering pealing off I contacted the branch which supplied kitchen the response was the colour is discontinued nothing we can do ?

Got a call half an hour before and the delivery was exactly on time. The delivery lads were polite and helpful and the doors were as ordered.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service from the team at Howdens! The office and counter staff were incredibly friendly and professional. I was served straight away with no fuss, and they had exactly what I needed ready to go. The branch was spotless – really clean and tidy, which reflects the high standards they work to. Can’t fault the service at all – top marks!

I been using this branch for many years…

I been using this branch for many years now . I find the knowledge of the product from them to be brilliant. Any problems are sorted straight away so there is no time being lost . Overall very happy with port talbot great team . Keep it up guys 💪
