Very disappointed with my experience.

Very disappointed with my experience. When ordering my kitchen, communication was not a problem at all. The Howdens staff had no issue understanding me, and everything seemed fine. However, once I raised concerns about damaged units and said I was unhappy, the attitude completely changed. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I felt dismissed, accused of lying, and was even told that my English was not understood. I find this unacceptable and very upsetting. It feels like communication only became a “problem” when I complained about damaged items. As a customer, I expected honesty, respect, and proper customer service. Being made to feel like a liar instead of having my concerns taken seriously is extremely disappointing.

The staff are really helpful

The staff are really helpful, the prices are very competitive, and even with some of my more silly questions, the staff always had the answers or a suggestion. Great company great staff.
