Excellent attitude and professionalism

The staff at your Poulton facility are empathetic and professional. I submitted plans for my fathers house and a week later I returned to discuss it and they had retained the plan, sounds simple, but in my experience with other factors "what plans", "Oh, not sure" not impressive. Howdens staff show how it can be done, their attitude, honesty and helpfulness is exemplary.

This is solely at Howdens & not the branch, I purchased a pair of concealed slow close hinges, I normally buy these from Amazon/eBay for around £20 for a pack of 10, but this specific day it had to be Howdens, what a rip off I paid £16.32 for two hinges, will be the last time ever that I spend anything with them on ironmongery.
