Went to buy some door handles in brass. We were served by Susan, who was helpful, friendly, and totally engaging. We found what we wanted and were pleased with both the price and quality. A great experience all round.

Fantastic Service from Howdens

Great customer service from start to finish. Samantha Moss has been outstanding – her kitchen knowledge, organisation, and personal touch made the whole process stress-free. She’s always friendly, goes above and beyond, and is quick to take a call or answer any query. The quality of the cabinets is exceptional. We had a small hiccup with a wine cooler, but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Harry, the manager, without any fuss. Well done Howdens – we’re delighted with both the service and the product, and will definitely recommend!

Great service and advice

The service i received was amazing from advice i was given by Lloyd who arranged a designer who brought all the colour samples I had requested. The design was exactly what i wanted. I was kept in touch with my order and received a call when I required delivery. Also, arranged joinery services to call me for quotes. The delivery service was great as well. Great experience throughout.

I had ordered some wrong materials and not order enough of others , one phone call and what I needed was on the counter and the materials I ordered wrong taken back no problem . Everything now installed and looks brilliant. The staff are great to deal with and the products superb
