Account department are Robbers, only leave messages on answering service then take you to court & charge fees! Never going to recommend Howdens again, only use them as they are local. The branches & staff are Great but haven’t got any respect for the accounts department.wxnkers!!!

Big bully corporation. AVOID

Charge you for a two person delivery, send one who can't delivery unless you the customer help unload the van or they refuse delivery. Complain to branch and head office who threatened legal action if you don't pay them the delivery charges for the 2 person delivery which wasn't provided.

POOR SERVICE

Overpriced, sell you more than required, delay replying to emails and say they never got them / short staffed. Delay organising replacement items and collection of items provided that weren't required. Sell you units that are fully rebuild only for then to not be. Don't communicate with delivery driver meaning you have to leave work as you weren't notified of delivery time as requested. Internal unit drawers different colours and won't do anything about it. Not their problem attitude. Half of order missing on delivery, waiting 1 week for rest of delivery leaving half of order waiting to be fitted. Luckily I was fitting myself otherwise would have cost in delaying a fitter. Charge for a 2man delivery, one arrives and can't deliver on their own. No problem with helping unload but charged for a 2 man delivery without refund. The list goes on. Would never go back to Howdens in Ramsgate and wouldn't advise anyone to do so. Additionally they are trading from a sign written veichle in local competitors car park on a regular basis on private land....

Not great

Not great, luckily I’d kept a record of my original estimate for some sliding doors, when I phoned to check they where in stock I was quoted a totally different price £100 extra, don’t like that kind of treatment not impressed!!!!!!
