We walked into our local branch in…

We walked into our local branch in Broadstairs to look at internal doors. We were immediately welcomed by a lovely lady who was so helpful- her name was Karen. She showed us the doors we liked and helped choose the handles as there was so much choice ! She then rang me when the order was in - Karen you gave excellent customer service. Karen also showed my husband some lovely kitchen units and explained all the features- next project hopefully

We are delighted with our new kitchen. Josh from the Ramsgate branch did a great job with the design and helped us throughout the installation. The quality of the kitchen is superb and really good value for money. I think the fact that Howdens have a good relationship with their approved fitters really helps to make a smooth installation. Our kitchen fitter recommended us to go to Howdens and we are so pleased that we did.

Howden's RAMSGATE

I wish to compliment and thank Josh Brewer at the Ramsgate branch, along with the kitchen fitters, Aaron and Rob. From the time my wife and I first entered the branch on 3rd October 2025,we were dealt with several very friendly staff members who then introduced us to Josh regarding designing a new kitchen for our property. Josh visited a few days later and subsequently presented us with our bespoke CAD design, prior to us meeting with him again at Howdens to select our preferred kitchen units etc. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making the whole selection process as easy as possible. he then kept in regular touch with us regarding our order delivery and various queries we had. Josh's professionalism and humour was most welcome and we cannot praise him enough. Thank you! Aaron and Rob fitted our new kitchen and their craftsmanship was exceptional. The work they carried out was done expertly, professionally and with great care for our property. No new request was too much for them and was carried out without complaint. Excellent work, thank you. The result is that we now have a superb new Howden's kitchen and it's due to Josh, Aaron and Rob. We highly recommend Howden's Ramsgate to anyone contemplating a kitchen renovation.

Having spent nearly £13000 on a kitchen…

Having spent nearly £13000 on a kitchen was very disappointed that I was charged £103 for a microwave cupboard door and some pelmet ( which I believe should of been provided ) a good will gesture would have gone a long way !!!
