My original lomona stopped working

My original lomona stopped working , I bought an updated model , had it installed and it was dead . I contacted the depot who were very apologetic. They offered a replacement however this involved an uninstall, then taking the faulty one back and the collecting another one . The new one is now installed however I’m already having to ask for an engineer to visit due to some functions not working . Not very happy .. not Howdens fault but the dishwasher or maybe batch of them must be bad .Dissatisfied that I’m having to do all of the running around and no offer for store to collect etc

Kitchen and office

We have now had two rooms fitted with Howdens products, a loft office and the kitchen, the outcome of which we are very pleased with. Both of these rooms were designed by Shaun, who was extremely capable in meeting our wants and needs during the design process whilst also being cognisant of our budget. We really appreciated his knowledge, expertise and candour during our first experience with the loft office space, so we sought him out again when returning for a kitchen design. Great product and great service.

A highly professional service

A highly professional service. Shaun at the Reddish branch designed our new kitchen and utility room. He had listened to what we wanted and delivered an amazing design. He answered all our questions and explained the process in detail. We did not feel pressured into making any final decisions on the day of our appointment. Thank you Shaun.
