I have an account with Redruth shop I went into Falmouth branch and picked up self closing hinges rang the manager and said I have been over charged he credited me back cause I said I could get this hinge for half price elsewhere so then in penryn I had a member of staff be rude to me who wasn’t even serving me

Exceptional, caring service 🌟

We bought some doors and unfortunately one of them was damaged when we came to hang it. We phoned the store and the lovely Karen not only immediately said they'd replace it, but because we don't have a van she brought the replacement to us in her own car within half an hour! Absolutely incredible service. Thank you Karen!
