Extremely happy with the service…

Extremely happy with the service received today from Lewis Hindle of Howdens. Not only did Lewis agree to visit on a Sunday as it was the only day we were free but he was also very gracious when we arrived a little late due to unforeseen circumstances. Lewis was very professional throughout and gave lots of useful information and ideas on how we could design the new kitchen in our home and I can’t wait to see the end results. Thank you

I did say on my original email that I would contact you directly which I did but you couldn’t be bothered to respond my problem was that I used Howdens for many years and there was a constant plague of little Niggli problems I’ve come back to you after a couple of years as I heard you had improved yet my first order you charged my customer £55 for one small packet of plinth supports should’ve been about £5 maximum it was a mistake and oversight on your part that made me look like I was trying to fiddle them out of money I’ve now lost that job as they to have lost faith in her hands when I explained the situation this will be the third response I have sent to you but see if you can be bothered to respond this time please respond as I do not want to stick to the level of other individuals Who resort to Facebook to air their grievances simply because the company cannot be bothered to services customers needs
