Used Howden's following our Joiners recommendations - not regretting it!

Used Howden's following our Joiners recommendations. Visited one of the expo's open days to get a feel if the product would match our needs as we initially was doubtful. We used the local Ripon branch that our Joiner/fitter recommended. Matt at the branch was amazing, joining us with a site visit with all our different trades people to get the best design for a grade II listed house - with personal recommendations on how to keep it within the style of the house. The design options really helped us pin down what would work for us and the house best. Matt took us step by step through options and was patient with our many decisions. We are very happy with the outcome. Any issues were quickly resolved and I observed great communication between our trades team and the Ripon branch. Would recommend.

Absolute joke of a branch

Absolute joke of a branch, who try to rip you off and charge you extra even when proved wrong. I had to escalate everything to head office for them to finally remove the extras they had wrongfully charged me for. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Howdens supplied Utility room units - designed by Rachel - design just what we wanted. Howdens also supplied Quickstep flooring - deliveries on time - everyone in the Ripon Depot very helpful delighted with the service throughout.
