Great buying experience and top customer service

I’ve recently bought my kitchen for a house renovation from the Rugby branch of Howdens. They couldn’t have done anything more to make it a more easy and pleasurable experience - from the time Nikolas spent on designing and refining my ultimate kitchen to make the best use of the awkward space, to the whole team resolving any snags (without hesitation, every single time, including multiple drop offs and pick ups by their driver). I’ve been in and out so often that the front desk staff know me, and every time it’s been a positive interaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. And I absolutely love my new kitchen!

The staff at Howdens Rugby are very professional and extremely helpful. The products are of good quality and competitively priced. I would throughly recommend Howdens especially Rugby Branch ( coffees not bad either).😁

Flat Pack Units with included Greenwich Doors - Rooster Deal Sized up what was required, rang the order through, delivered the next day. Easy to assemble and fit. Very pleased with Howdens. Well Done

Door handle non price match

Hi On front of brochure it says wont be beaten! I asked Rugby branch to beat or to match handles: Sofia black nickel @ 18.42 trade Tool station have same handles less @ 14.98 This is trade and after a lot of puffs of wasted consulting manager phone going dead...assistant then came back and said" oh we don't price match handles" Doors are the same it's a total lie...nothing will be price matched as the get out will always be...not the same exact item!!!! Shame on you Howdens

Thought the set up was poor as ordered from one place then had to go to another to pick up items. Having said that the staff were brilliant

Great team

We now use howdens for all our customers at smithwood narrowboats. We know we're not there biggest customer but the way they remember us and that nothing is to much approach it makes us feel like we are valued. Looking forward to the new bigger and better premises just down the road .
