I have visited 4 different Howdens in…

I have visited 4 different Howdens in the last few weeks prior to a kitchen upgrade.I have to say that the staff at the Sale branch were by far the least helpful, verging on rude. I was not once approached to see if I needed help and when I asked a salesman a question about worktop thicknesses he said he didn't know and advised me to look in a catalogue. Luckily other Howdens have knowledgeable and helpful staff so kitchen now ordered from another branch.

A very happy and satisfactory experience with Howdens

Not only are the Howdens products excellent in both quality and value for money, but Kristian and his team at the Sale branch give excellent professional service to ensure the client gets the very kitchen they want, but injecting the professional input that an experienced kitchen designer can contribute.

Very pleasantly surprised

Excellent customer experience this week at two Howden showrooms. One directed us to the other where indeed we found what we needed. Most helpful and patient staff who genuinely gave helpful advice (without us feeling harassed) - so we could make an informed decision. Delivery was prompt and the service- responsive. Actually thought customer service in retail had died a death post covid but our experience has restored my faith. Thank you!

The worst ever experience with Howdens-…

The worst ever experience with Howdens- Sale team. Tried to cheat me by sending me the wrong doors order. Were reluctant to arrange to recollect the 9 doors back despite it was their mistake, then agreed to recollect, but sent the collection company my personal home address rather that the building site address. Waited too much time with them. I will never deal with Howdens again.
