Thanks for making kitchen installation problem free

I was dreading having a new kitchen and put it off for years but the process was incredibly smooth. Dean was excellent with the kitchen planning and incorporated alterations suggested by ourselves and the joiner without hassle. We used Paul Antley to fit the kitchen from list recommended by Howdens. He has been a gem. Despite problems with gas pipes and electrics he kept us informed and got workmen in to resolve issues with little impact to the completion date. I can honestly say everyone involved has gone above and beyond my expectations Thank you

Great service and quality products

We had great design support and ideas from Amy about how we could make our new kitchen space work for us. Really pleased with the service we received from both Amy and our kitchen fitter, Andy, who did an amazing job with great attention to detail. We're really pleased with our new kitchen - it feels like great quality and looks fab.

Excellent service installing a new kitchen within a couple of weeks. From an initial design inspection from Amy at Howdens (Sale) to selecting the parts and arranging a brilliant kitchen fitter, Andy. All stages of the Project ran very smoothly and very happy with the end results.

Kitchen Order Incorrect

Kitchen order incorrect; items on the order had not been what I asked for but not noticeable on order docket information so I could not have known. Items arrived & fitted. Currently awaiting investigation & all work on hold so have no working kitchen. Howdens Sale are liable for putting incorrect codes on order. Attention to detail extremely poor in store.

Visited this Howdens recently after passing it with no intention of actually buying anything (Being nosey) . I was welcomed with the most knowledgeable staff and a great atmosphere. I've recently bought a house and will 100% be coming back here. Credit to whoever runs this place, breath of fresh air! I'm bored of the bully sale tactics in other places !!

I have visited 4 different Howdens in…

I have visited 4 different Howdens in the last few weeks prior to a kitchen upgrade.I have to say that the staff at the Sale branch were by far the least helpful, verging on rude. I was not once approached to see if I needed help and when I asked a salesman a question about worktop thicknesses he said he didn't know and advised me to look in a catalogue. Luckily other Howdens have knowledgeable and helpful staff so kitchen now ordered from another branch.
