Not wonderful

Initial customer service good, but once kitchen sold to us it took 3 or 4 attempts to deliver all items correctly, and when a couple of shelves were missing we were told we could have them at an extra cost! The kitchen is of average quality and didnt fit properly based off Howdens plans. The kitchen fitter had to shave areas down e.g. the decorative plinths, to get the kitchen to fit. Incorrect hinges were sent, for layout of kitchen, and these prevented certain shelves from being pulled out properly. The tap also seems to be poor quality and we keep having to tighten the part that screws down at the bottom, otherwise tap pops off.

Excellent kitchen sevice

New kitchen measured, designed and supplied for an extension in Reigate. Chris did an excellent job of designing the kitchen which made fitting nice and easy. Would highly recommended and definitely keep using this branch and Chris for future projects

Quick turnaround and a great service

From the kitchen design process they have been great. Arrived as promised in the morning, design arrived by the afternoon. Kitchen was then delivered with in a few days. Any issues I had, Howdens resolved with no fuss.
