Order for 10 internal doors

Ordered 10 internal doors, all faulty. Returned to depot only to receive faulty doors once again. Significant time and money wasted unpacking repacking travelling to depot. Asked Depot to check doors on arrival but request was denied. Howden's have received photos of all doors. Labour costs increased by £250, solely due to Howdens faulty doors issue. Howdens clearly have a quality control issue. When taking issue with Howdens we were told there is no way Howdens will recompense for the issue. We are therefore seeking compensation for the time and inconvenience caused, arising directly from the supply of goods that were not of satisfactory quality. As required under the consumer rights act 2015. Invoice number 00223232.

I had no hesitation in recommending they take a look at the Howdens Kitchen range

I was asked to fit a new kitchen by regular client. I had no hesitation in recommending they take a look at the Howdens Kitchen range. I arranged for a Howden's designer to give them a call to visit their house. I was confident I could leave Howdens to do the rest. The designer printed out renders of a few designs for my client to choose from. Everything ran very smoothly, it is now stacked on site ready for me to make a start.

I just wanted to give the full team at Howdens Selby a big thumbs up. From start to finish they was superb. The products are so good quality to fit unlike wren and diy kitchens and will defiantly be using them more often.

Bad Customer Service

The kitchen designer was a lovely talented young lady who designed what I wanted. The branch manager however was rude and unhelpful. She knows everything, and the traders & customers know nothing. Not the way to sell kitchens at all. I gave more than 1 star because Jessie did a fabulous job on the design itself.

Outstanding customer service.

I would just like to highlight again what an amazing depot Selby howdens is, I have purchased some doors and due to some issues around fire regulations I had to swap and return a door. I spoke to the the manager Lynsey and new doors were delivered and collected within 30 minutes so my joiner could proceed with planned work. Amazing service, thanks for fixing a potentially stressful day.
