I didn’t realise I was dealing with the manager Nick he was absolutely fantastic in helping me to meet my budget with quality products that fit into my design, friendly and helpful… hopefully other members of staff are able to work in the same manner as this stopped the shopping around, definitely look forward to working with Sheffield branch on many other occasions.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE!!!! Been left with a recalled tumble dryer since December, failing to repair, replace or refund!! Trying to speak to management is like trying to speak to the king, been getting passed from pillow to post and still no joy!! Customer service staff’s attitude is disgraceful they absolutely need educating on their own company policies. Do not buy your appliances from Howdens!!!
