Just back from ordering our kitchen

Just back from ordering our kitchen. Jack and Elise were great, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks! We nearly didn’t go back though as back in the Spring had a poor experience with somebody completely dismissive and unhelpful. We couldn’t get out fast enough! Luckily our plumber persuaded us to go back. All good now!

Hassle free service

We had a home visit from Lauren where she helped us design our kitchen taking us through the process of ordering exactly what we needed and what would fit.We then paid a visit to Skelton where we chose our colours and work surfaces.The whole process was very easy and as we changed our minds on a few things howdens made these changes quickly and our order was placed.Lauren was very helpful throughout this process and we were extremely satisfied with the service we received.

We received a great service from Skelton Howdens, everyone was positive and took time to speak to us over the phone or when we went into the show room. We worked with Lauren, she was so lovely always professional, kind and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and she genuinely seemed interested in ensuring we got the style we wanted, this made us feel confident in our choices. Would highly recommend.

Personally I like Enthusiasm and…

Personally I like Enthusiasm and Enthusiastic is a word I would use to describe the majority of Howden's staff that I have come into contact with so far!!!! However my Email in box has also taken a hit which personally I find a little bit intrusive. Rather than have things forced up on me via Emails I would prefer to check out what is going on in my own time by going on to your Web Site!!!
