Yet again another fast and efficient service received from Gary at Norwich South branch. Great kitchen design only needing a few personal tweaks from his original thoughts. The branch is always welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. Always our choice for any joinery requirements.

Awful

Awful. Took over a week of being messed around and returned with a kitchen quote that was meant to be a price match, but was nearly double that of DIY Kitchens - £4,764.38 DIY Kitchens price, £8,177.49 Howdens price. Delivery mid September, around the time of Howdens yearly big sale too. I’ve used Howdens for years, albeit not this store, but can’t be recommending them to customers knowing they’re twice the price of DIY Kitchens for kitchen.

Fantastic service and staff knowledgable.

Upon entering i was greeted with smiles and a pleasent welcome. Was not pressured into anything and felt staff were very helpful. Lee whom helped me with my units did a fantastic job and he was very knowledgable and friendly, Nothing was too much. Love to see a service with a genuine smile and thats what norwich team did. Would highly reccomend. Thank you howdens. A great team at norwich near hall road.

Door delivery

Went into the branch to order doors, handles, hinges etc. Staff very helpful and sorted everything very quickly. Delivery was arranged for a few days later. The delivery was very smooth and the doors were placed exactly where I requested. Excellent service. Thanks
