A Masterclass in Service and Expertise

I cannot recommend the team at Howdens Sowerby Bridge highly enough. From start to finish, they treated my kitchen renovation with as much heart and dedication as if it were their own home. It was always going to be challenging and no small feat with my 200 year old cottage and the existing 50 year old kitchen, which quite literally did not have a single straight wall in the building, this project was never going to be "standard." It required more than just a supplier, it required a team with genuine expertise and problem-solving skills. The Experience, professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Every meeting, call and email was met with genuine care. They didn't just listen to my vision, they collaborated with me to turn a complex set of requirements into a stunning reality. It is with special recognition and heartfelt thank you to Alex and Vic. They truly went the extra mile whether it was accommodating my last-minute changes, popping up to the house to check measurements in person, or acting as a sounding board for my ideas. Their support turned what could have been a stressful process into a joy. If you want a team that combines high-level expertise with a personal, "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, look no further. Really good experience purchasing our kitchen

Very positive experience in purchasing a kitchen from Howden Sowerby Bridge, all the team we dealt with including John, Alex and Tayla were really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Alex really helped us and updated the design a few times to make sure we were happy with our choices which we are and can't wait to get it fitted. Really good genuine sale as well. Thanks!

Outstanding Service from the Sowerby Bridge team

Just been to the Sowerby Branch to finalise my kitchen. From the Surveyor coming out to measure up to the design the service was excellent. They listened to what I wanted and accommodated that. I was blown away with the design and I have my perfect kitchen. Let hope the price is as good. 😂😂

Lack of clarity

Door knobs were not itemised on final bill although these were discussed and chosen at the time therefore having to pay more than expected. Not informed correctly by designer and didn't get the cupboard clear glass door we wanted and told later clear glass wasn't an option in design we had chosen.

Regularly overcharged on Rooster offers…

After discussing a rooster on special product and agreeing it would be cheaper to buy the full on offer handle / latch pack, I got home to realise I’d been charged full price. It maybe less than £2 +vat difference but this is not the first time this has happened. It seems the staff hope you cant be bothered wasting the time and effort for such a small error but this is Yorkshire and it’s the principal!!!

Dream Kitchen

The staff were amazing and catered to everything we needed, even the amount of times we chopped and changed our design. The product is high quality and to top it all of Howdens couldn’t be beaten on price (we took 12 months trying) thanks for the perfect kitchen Howdens.
