Placed order was informed i would get…

Placed order was informed i would get text to say when to pick up on Saturday afternoon . No text arrived so on Monday received phone call to say order was ready to pick up turned up few hours later and only half the order was available staff members went searching for goods to no prevail this was my 1st order and had to let my customer down and rearrange which they wasnt best pleased to say the least

Efficient, Helpful, and Rewarding Experience with Howdens…

We recently purchased our new boot room from Howdens and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Setting up an account was quick and easy, and our order arrived within just a couple of days. The staff were really helpful throughout the process and made everything simple from start to finish. To top it all off, we were automatically entered into a competition — and we actually won a Samsung 60” Smart TV! Fantastic service, great quality products, and a lovely surprise bonus. Highly recommend Howdens!

Your Trade Fest is a complete joke

Your Trade Fest is a complete joke. Have you to Quote for a new kitchen you have manged to come in 4th Place with your price. So it totally astounds me how you can call it a Trade Fest. We will deffinately NOT Be having our kitchen form Howdens, and with regards to various opportunities that you could have Priced and Supplied kitchens to others who we know, I will be strongly reccommeding they go elsewhere.
