Discussed an order

Discussed an order, gave sizes and a plan was generated that i was happy with. When i came to order the kitchen i asked them to remove one wall unit and all of the worktops as i sourced these locally and they would not fit in my trailer to tranport. When i collected he order they had removed the w/tops but not the wall unit, the 800 wall unit had turned into half height wall unit, they removed the oven housing! And my fridge/freezer doors had changed from 70/30 to 50/50 you can imagine my horror when i unpacked as i wanted all of this order was for a job 1750 miles away!! They couldnt have cared less tbh blaming everyone else but stuck as i was i organised colection of parts misssing with a courier, after having paid more money and organising collection from a branch in London so it was easy for the Courier. Despite promising it would be they didnt have all the parts three days later and the Courier had to leave as needed to catch the ferry, i had to wait another month before the courier returned, absoluteley shocking from start to finish. Having fitted the kitchen the quality is very poor (would compare it to MFI) Half the upgraded soft close hinges are in the bin as they fit so poorly that the doors dont line up, drawers fronts dont line up properly, i am very dissapointed they are charging way too much for this kind of cabinet. GO somewhere else cheaper the quality will not be any different and the service better!

Howdens services

The design service is very good and offers the customer excellent advice. Customer service within sales is second to none. It would be nice to be able to see estimates and orders on website accounts and not just on the mobile App.
