Kitchen disappointment

I was very disappointed with my kitchen from Howdens. Especially as they have such a good reputation and were recommended by so many people. There were so many components that were damaged, the wrong size, or missing. I emailed a complaint to the manager of the branch, but didn’t receive a response. During one of my many phone calls to Howdens I was told that they don’t respond to complaints. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending Howdens to anyone.

Nothing wrong with the service everything wrong with the prices bottom lines too high when wickes is looking cheaper you know your in trouble Like I said service fine they must be getting fed up of being asked to screw every customer so the head office stays happy been going on way too long now hardly use them anymore and that’s not their fault greedy head office Just to add for reference I closed my account yesterday after 10 years because yet again the greedy useless head office put my account on stop twice in one week after I paid my bill for no reason absolute jokers all about the profit and nothing to do with the business not sure how long you got left when your so disconnected with the people who make you your profit clowns
