Quality service

Nothing wrong with the service everything wrong with the prices bottom lines too high when wickes is looking cheaper you know your in trouble Like I said service fine they must be getting fed up of being asked to screw every customer so the head office stays happy been going on way too long now hardly use them anymore and that’s not their fault greedy head office Just to add for reference I closed my account yesterday after 10 years because yet again the greedy useless head office put my account on stop twice in one week after I paid my bill for no reason absolute jokers all about the profit and nothing to do with the business not sure how long you got left when your so disconnected with the people who make you your profit clowns

Had the pleasure of dealing with Geraint Lloyd (Howdens Sales Rep) over the past few days and I cannot recommend him enough. If you need anything to do with trade supplies, need advice, prices or just a chat in general regarding any plans for refurbishment, give him a ring as he can cover more areas than just Newport. Staff very helpful

The staff at the branches that I have used are always very helpful, and couldn’t do enough for you. What I do find considering it’s a trade warehouse it’s very expensive I can go into a DIY store something like wicks and buy stuff a lot cheaper than Howdens.

Always find howdens staff helpful…

Always find howdens staff helpful usually have products in the shelf always happy to exchange if damaged or incorrect I do feel they are losing the competitive edge in price now if I’m honest seems since the take over the price flexibility is gone but it’s up to you to shop around I will continue to use them for my kitchen installations
