Very helpful, knowledgeable staff who quickly turn our bathroom ideas into an achievable design depicted in 3D with an item list and quotation. They hold a good stock and what they don't have can be obtained quickly. We are sooo pleased with the resulting bathrooms.

When looking to replace the furniture…

When looking to replace the furniture in the bathrooms in our new house we settled on Howdens because of their range of quality products at reasonable prices. The previous owner obviously had the same idea because he had a Howdens kitchen fitted plus their doors throughout the house. The clincher for us was the exceptional personal service you get in Howdens St Austell. They take their time to explain everything and you always get a friendly welcome.

As regards to working with St Austell…

As regards to working with St Austell branch was great as front of house But Howdens are run by a bunch of accountants and my credit account was on stop because they couldn't find me as we had moved house (I had informed the branch) Now after many years of having a credit acc Its now been reduced to a cash acc through no fault of my own Overall happy with kitchen.
