Howdens St Austell were shambolic

Howdens St Austell were shambolic in their dealing with our new kitchen. In particular the planner who made a complete mess of the plan/order. Various items missing that were required and not ordered or delivered. They then charged the builders fitting our kitchen for the extra items required (although this was later recinded following a complaint). The whole experience was extremely stressful and expensive due to considerably higher fitting costs due to Howdens plan & missing items. I would never buy anything from this company again. No compensation was offered despite other tradesmen supporting our case and it was clear they are more interested in their profit than any level of customer focus or delivering quality. I can only advise AVOID HOWDENS.

Can’t fault it

Kitchen Designer was friendly, communicated clearly with a high level of detail. In the store the staff were friendly and there was no issue at all returning a damaged Oven hood and getting a refund on spares following the kitchen fit. The kitchen fitter was brilliant, friendly funny and a perfectionist. 10/10 Matt and Louise
