Kitchen Designer was friendly, communicated clearly with a high level of detail. In the store the staff were friendly and there was no issue at all returning a damaged Oven hood and getting a refund on spares following the kitchen fit. The kitchen fitter was brilliant, friendly funny and a perfectionist. 10/10 Matt and Louise

Great customer service, Roger was helpful, provided plenty of advice about products and a real sense of engagement. Nothing was too much trouble, helped with the product selection and suggested other items and ensured I had the various glues etc.

I was advised that our account would close if we didn’t buy something. I was told that there were £1 bargains to keep the account open. However when my business partner went in he was charged a lot more for a saw than the £1 I’d been told was on offer.
