Lots of mistakes

Lots of mistakes, using Howdens makes us look bad to our customer's. A kitchen supply full of mistakes and items paid in full not all delivered at the same time, made the project more difficult as parts were needed that did not come until 2 days later. Some had to even be collected. Not impressed at all.

Messed my order up.

Howdens didn’t give me the right amount of flooring, gave me the same flooring but 2 different makes that didn’t fit together properly and then depending on which branch I went to the staff all had different options on whether what was sold to me was right or not.

Howdens Stanningley is poor

Howdens Stanningley is poor, Elliot is horrible. Doesn’t like getting out of his chair. When they have got your money they’re finished with you. Only person you can trust is Russ top bloke and will help in any situation. Chris is a plant plot
