I recently moved from Cemetery rd branch to Stanningley and so happy I did. The service I receive is first class. All the staff are great, very helpful. Steve the manager goes above and beyond to make sure everything is bang on. Couldn’t fault this branch whatsoever. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏻

Shocking

Shocking. Bad experience ordering bedroom furniture and what turned up was cheap budget mdf kitchen cabinets. The only thing missing was the kitchen sink, I did get a kitchen worktop and a cutlery tray to boot. Having problems now in getting them to arrange a collection of it all as it feels like Steve the branch manager is ghosting me, he isn't returning phone calls.

Lots of mistakes

Lots of mistakes, using Howdens makes us look bad to our customer's. A kitchen supply full of mistakes and items paid in full not all delivered at the same time, made the project more difficult as parts were needed that did not come until 2 days later. Some had to even be collected. Not impressed at all.

Messed my order up.

Howdens didn’t give me the right amount of flooring, gave me the same flooring but 2 different makes that didn’t fit together properly and then depending on which branch I went to the staff all had different options on whether what was sold to me was right or not.
