Allways a friendly face .a nice warm welcome and helpfull staff .it seems to come so easy for them to please the customer.if you ever get a problem with something on site and phone up the branch they allways seem to be able to sort it .

howdens stirchley .my saviours involved in quite a problematic…

Got involved in quite a problematic kitchen fit .ordered what units i thought would eork .i made a couple if mistakes in the planing.when i realised things wouldnt work i went back to the branch to swap over a few bits and pieces .as usual everyone was there to help me through the issue .they ordered the units i needed without and issues .

My kitchen has far exceeded my expectations, the quality of the units and appliances is superb. Julie is a star!

Shopped around for doors all over

Shopped around for doors all over, the prices to dear from places like home base, wicks, B&Q. The only problem is there is not much variety of architrave. Over all satisfied with what I purchased.

Great service & support from Shirley

Great service on our first kitchen for a BTL from Shirley at the Newcastle Under-Lyme branch. Very helpful throughout the process, Shirley gave us some great advice on layout/design, fixtures and fittings. This will be the first of many kitchens we buy from Howdens and Shirley.
