ordered a kitchen from howdens in swindon recently, the service was excellent, they delivered the kitchen at the agreed time and date, the cabinets are well made and easy to install, and come with all the neccesary fittings to finish the kitchen. i would definitly use howdens again for my next kitchen installation.

Jay was really helpful

Jay was really helpful. Came out to site to measure up, didn't mind at all with the thousand different questions and tweaks we had (or if he did he didn't show it :-) was happy to give various options for worktops/doors/colours etc. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for him or Howdens,

Apart from receiving the wrong…

Apart from receiving the wrong breakfast bar we are very happy with the quality of the worktop timeless light oak which is now a dining room table,the mix up was sorted the next morning and delivered and exchanged,sorted by Amy.

As a fitter and over the years

As a fitter and over the years, I've used the likes of wren, magnets, benchmarx etc and I've always resorted back to Howdens. The quality is as good as it gets and the service I've received from the Kembry branch in Swindon can't be faulted. The manager, Frank always takes a hands-on approach to sort any issues that may arise. 10/10 for quality and service!

My client has been let down to the…

My client has been let down to the extent she has gone elsewhere for her next kitchen leaving me now in an embarrassing situation which will cost me money. The follow up of service is far from acceptable I’m very disappointed that this has happened bring back Bob !!!!
