Very satisfying process.

Very good service within the sales stage, friendly and helpful staff including Nathan & Eleanor and who dealt with ours. Price and quality great. Few issues with materials which I don’t believe was the fault of the branch, however they acted rapidly to resolve them. Would definitely recommend to others.

Kitchen design

Nathan (Swinton, South Yorkshire) came to measure up for a new kitchen a few years ago. He was very lovely to deal with and intuitively understood the types of requirements I needed to make my kitchen work best for me. He was unfazed every time I changed my mind on a colour or style and very happy to explain alternatives. Once I settled on a design, Nathan kept me informed of the delivery and was more than happy to help when I found, upon delivery, a scratched cupboard front and a wall carcass that was the wrong colour. Unfortunately for me, the kitchen then could not be installed for another 12 months due to a problem with the concrete floor and pipework. Happily though, Nathan was still available and he and other store colleagues were able to help with me with additional issues encountered during installation. Could not be more happy with the results and I'm grateful to the team for everything. Special thanks to Nathan for being super easy to work with and very patient!

Howdens Senior Management

Nothing wrong with the Depot or Depot Staff, they're excellent. The Company should look after their hardworking staff and get rid of bullying Senior Management and honour commits at all times!!

Great Company Fantastic Kitchen

Thank you Nathan, for your patience, your eye for details and the result, our fantanstic new kitchen! Great experience from start to finish, Howdens are so professional and provide great service. Nothing was too much trouble and tweek after tweek was done until we arrived at what we wanted. All put together by our brilliant joiner Mark who added the perfect finishing touches.

Always a great experience with Nathan and the Howdens bunch at Swinton. We have had numerous kitchens designed by Nathan for a range of different properties and the results are always great - he has a design solution for rooms of all different shape, sizes and purposes. The efficiency is also brilliant with designs done within a day or two and kitchens picked up/ delivered within the week which suits us perfect as we hate waiting. Fantastic Experience - Nathan Brought My Dream Kitchen to Life!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Howdens, where I not only bought my new kitchen but all the joinery essentials like doors, skirting boards, and architrave. Nathan worked closely with me to design the kitchen, and I cant praise his skill and patience enough. I'm very particular, and as a maximalist, I knew exactly what I wanted, which can be challenging. Nathan really understood my vision and worked incredibly hard to bring it to life. Every time I asked for a change, he happily adjusted the design and really embraced my style, which made the process enjoyable and stress-free. The result is a kitchen I absolutely love - it's everything I dreamed of and more. The best outlet in Yorkshire

I have had the pleasure to deal with Swinton Rotherham branch which way out stripes other Yorkshire branches for Customer service. I had a plan drawn up by Nathan and Matt which after several alterations made by them and my kitchen fitter Dave Hancock from Out on the tiles. Throughout the purchase and assembly of my kitchen Matt and Kieran were all proactive in getting me my kitchen of my dreams. Matt the manager is an asset to Howdens for looking after customers needs. I would like to thank Matt ,Kieran and my fitter Dave for everything .
