Great service

The guy on the counter couldn't be more helpful, after I'd ordered, the youngster in the warehouse was happy to help and brought my skirting and architrave to my van, little things like that mean a lot to me, well happy with them

Good local staff, appalling corporate service

The people in branch are great and provide a great service, but the back office system for issuing statements is a regular disaster. We are a £2m pa carpentry based company and we have a £5k credit limit. Its as if howdens really don't want to do business with us. For information Howdens, I only left this review because your system set up had spammed my email with multiple requests to do so...and now I have and its not favourable you have repsonded with what appears an insincere response. If you really care about customer service, maybe give me a call to discuss the issues you poor customer service is causing?
