You can rely on Howdens

I've been using various Howden branches over the years and it's always been a stress free experience, Tewkesbury branch are extremely good, staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help, if the product isn't quite right, no problem returning at all and deliveries are prompt. Products are decent quality too.

Cannot recommend Howdens enough

Cannot recommend Howdens enough! They’ve been great sorting out my bodged kitchen for me, especially Josh at Howdens Tewkesbury branch, came out and redesigned a perfect spec for me, they cannot have been more helpful, all the staff there have been great. Amy at Ross on wye branch has also been very helpful, would highly recommend the staff as they care about the customers

Tewkesbury Branch

Josh Fleeming, Assistant Manager at Tewkesbury came out and took the measurements and competed the design for us, the kitchen was delivered within a week. and our fitter, fitting it. Great service and backup.

Recrifying a problem

The member of staff who measured the kitchen for replacement units made a hash of it. She advised that the carcasses and hinges could be reused. New items chosen, paid, contractor booked only to discover, on the day of fitting, that she had made a complete mess of measuring. The problem was rectified by the new manager, Steve, and Josh. New measurements were taken. Carcasses had to be purchased, replacement doors delivered and a new date arranged to fix the units. My faith in Howdens has been restored.
