Tewkesbury Branch

Josh Fleeming, Assistant Manager at Tewkesbury came out and took the measurements and competed the design for us, the kitchen was delivered within a week. and our fitter, fitting it. Great service and backup.

Recrifying a problem

The member of staff who measured the kitchen for replacement units made a hash of it. She advised that the carcasses and hinges could be reused. New items chosen, paid, contractor booked only to discover, on the day of fitting, that she had made a complete mess of measuring. The problem was rectified by the new manager, Steve, and Josh. New measurements were taken. Carcasses had to be purchased, replacement doors delivered and a new date arranged to fix the units. My faith in Howdens has been restored.

Howdens great service from Martin and the team!

Howdens - Tewkesbury Martin from the Tewkesbury branch went above and beyond for us on our kitchen. We had been to another branch who weren't quite as responsive but Martin answered all of our questions promptly, helped us make decisions when we couldn't make up our minds and gave us a great deal. Very happy with our beautiful kitchen.
