Staff were amazing

Staff were amazing. Love going into the bury st Edmund’s store just for the customer service. Brought the managers specials, All Amazing apart from the howdens mixer bond. X3 for. £10 it should stay that price permanently as it’s crap. Any good mitre bond is ok most £10 per item so I should have known. I won’t buy it again it’s really is depressing. I’ve thrown them all about. Buy cheap buy twice. The staff, 👌 amazing!!

Got exactly what I needed

Would have been better customer service if the young man had not taken a big bite of his sausage bap as I walked over to the counter to be served Spoke to me with a mouthful of food but served me in a efficient and positive way

Thetford branch worst trade supplier I have ever dealt with, I will never use them again and I recommend that you don't either total lack of communication, wrong items, missing items generally a shambles there are so many other good trustworthy suppliers out there including Wren, B and Q Homebase and many local independents all providing first class materials and service
