I purchased a Lamona dishwasher from…

I purchased a Lamona dishwasher from Howdens and it broke down within the first 3 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and 7 repair appointments later, yet I am still without a working dishwasher. Every appointment has been a complete waste of time, and I’ve simply been advised to keep booking more repairs with no resolution. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

17 jan 2025.Great experience at Howdens Thornaby. Ross your sales assistant was of particular help with a product (Henderson pocket door system) that was missing parts . Not been able to fit without parts became time critical and Ross went the extra mile to supply the missing parts the same day and therefore only lost a couple of days been able to fit . Still annoying but appreciate the effort of Thornaby and Ross . Credit to the whole team that are young but do their best to provide a good service .
