Rude customer service

Bought some mdf skirting boards after payment I came out to find 2 young lads putting skirting on my roof rack one lad was pushing my aerial off I shouted at him to stop got my step up out the van jumped up but it was too late it snapped off the other lad noticed it was on the roof I thought it was just a matter of clipping it back on but unfortunately it had snapped the aerial I phoned the thornaby branch and the woman who answered the phone was very dismissive and said she would ask the lads and ring me back she did ring me back and said the lads said I did it the skirting was already on the roof when I walked out the shop won't be going back this happened 24/25 August 2023

Unrivalled customer service

There is customer service when people carry out what is required because it’s their job and there is customer service when people go above and beyond every single time because they genuinely want to help in anyway they can. This is what this branch does. I’ve asked for help from the staff here more times than I can count and they’ve never let me down. Quick replies to emails, will ring you back when they say, will text you to keep you in the loop and above all will just do what they say they will which makes our job a lot easier. Special mention to Anth here also who continues to save the day. Wouldn’t go/use anywhere else for joinery items.
