Very impressed from start to finish. Everyone I had contact with at the Thornbury branch was highly competent and friendly. Riaan gave a quick and easy quote with zero pressure. Lily was on the ball with arranging everything and was quick and effective at making changes. Sam turned up exactly when he said, was happy to take on the subtle design requests, and got everything right first time. Dean and Louie were suburb. I was contacted the day before and they turned up exactly on time. I was very impressed by their workmanship and attention to detail. The Quartz worktop looks even better than I expected.

Had an issue with a sink installation

Had an issue with a sink installation a little over a year after fitting. Sam @ Thornbury Bristol branch booked an appointment to rectify issue. Pete and Ed were the guys that came to our home. Very polite, professional and knowledgable. Also sorted a little extra issue whilst here. Thank you Howdens
