When taking out my account i…

When taking out my account i specifically asked not to be phoned because last time i was plagued by phone calls.Infact the person who filled out the form ticked a box on the form saying no phone calls. So far i think in the three or so weeks that I've had the account I've been phoned about three times. Apart from this small issue I'm happy with the service.

Professional and Positive Customer Experience

Kitchen designer Michael was very respectful of my home and listened carefully to what I was after. He then created a plan that matched my needs and added welcome options that enhanced the proposal. I also felt assured about the actual installation process. Unfortunately for me, Howdens did not offer the specific colour doors I wanted and so I’m now looking elsewhere. I would have been more than happy otherwise to work with Michael at Tile Hill.

Recently , had quite a few items from this branch of Howdens, unfortunately had a neff oven that was slightly damaged staff went above and beyond to sort a replacement due to current stock levels across the country being very low,they could not have been more helpful or proactive .

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. No care about the trade customer they just want your money. Tell you one price on the phone and then tell you another face to face. Any opportunity to screw their “valued” trade customers over. No apology, no compensation, no manners!
