Don't hesitate!

From start to finish, our experience with Howdens was brilliant and we're so glad we chose them over the other 'kitchen companies'. From our initial visit with Jemma to the final install, we felt she really knew the products, what would work and what wouldn't. Jemma listened and made great recommendations and was very patient when we changed our minds on several things as the installation progressed. We put our trust in Jemma and she really delivered, a big thank you! We wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Jemma and Howdens to anyone.

Jemma is a jem

Jemma is a jem, pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. Howdens service is good, as is the product. My only criticism is the pricing structure. There are different discounts for different products making it pretty much unfathomable. Surely it can't be beyond the wit of Howdens programmers to uplift the gross price of products so that the same discount can be applied across the board.

I contacted Howdens at Calmore Totton with regard to a replacement part for my kitchen tap , the lady whose name was Sarah who I spoke to was so helpful sourced the part I needed and ordered it for me within 2 days this part was with me and my kitchen tap is fully working again , Thank you so much

A really bad experience

Not sure where to start. I explained to the design person who came out exactly what we wanted but it appears that he wasn’t listening. I even showed him a design that came from elsewhere that fitted the space. The design initially sent by Howdens via email incorporated a wide filler panel that I didn’t want and could have been avoided. We weren’t told about their maximum door height which again would have left a wide filler panel top and bottom. It almost seemed that his design was from the ‘that’ll do’ school of thought. Even with whatever discount they offer, they are still expensive for standard fit/size doors and carcasses etc, Finally the designer contacted the potential fitter without my permission to discuss the quote, which was literally the last straw. So not surprisingly, I have gone elsewhere to source what I want.

Top notch Staff

Popped into Howdens Totton to look at Internal Doors and was helped by the absolutely brilliant Sarah - Jayne. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah who was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and above all else, extremely polite, which can be rare these days. Have since purchased Internal doors for the whole house.
