If Helen has not been available, the rest of the Howdens team have been equally helpful and professional. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend both Helen and the team for their support, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction

As a trade customer, I can honestly say that my experience with Howdens Trowbridge has been nothing short of excellent. The team there are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—nothing is ever too much trouble. Whether it’s advice on products or helping to source exactly what I need, they always go the extra mile. One of the standout benefits is how easy it is to access the stock. Everything is well organised, and even when something isn’t immediately available, their next-day delivery service is incredibly reliable and convenient, which makes a huge difference when working to tight deadlines. On top of that, the pricing is very competitive, offering great value without compromising on quality. It’s clear they understand the needs of trade customers and work hard to support us. All in all, Howdens Trowbridge is a fantastic branch with a brilliant team—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Didn't even receive a quote

We didn't even make it past receiving a quote for a kitchen. 6 weeks we were kept waiting, with myself chasing multiple times to receive it. 6 weeks, and we gave up waiting and went elsewhere. Completely wasted our time. (Trowbridge store)

We are Oaktree Joinery and I personal as owner fitted one of Howdens kitchens for as new business venture. Carcasses were the best I have ever seen from a standard kitchen company and well thought out in design. Service was exellent and the sales rep Mark even came over to greet me and filled out the application as far as he could. Well done to all at Howdens Trowbridge you made it all so easy

This place has potential

Has potential to be a fantastic depot, yet it won’t ever be. Usually after 30-45 minutes of trying to phone through, I find myself having to drive to the depot just to check stock! What is the point in having a telephone if it doesn’t get answered? Most time when I go in there is a young chap with a beard, I think his name is Josh? He seems to always be on his own to serve a queue of customers and answer the phones whilst the other staff members sit around talking. I think management needs to intervene and change this? Surely 1 person shouldn’t be doing the job of 3-4 others? Having experienced this many times, unfortunately I have to shop elsewhere ie, Magnet, Bradfords or Wickes. I can also imagine there is a lot of lost revenue due to this? As I always hear the words ‘target’ and/or ‘number’ perhaps if everyone clubbed together and picked up the phone they might make money. But whilst it’s left to one person, I don’t see this being the case Overall poor experience.
