Great service in store

After having some trouble elsewhere getting the utility room designed, I walked into store and was seen straight away. Big shout out to Lauren, seen me right away and designed our utility there and then. Walked in at 1pm, by 2:15pm had it ordered, paid for and scheduled for delivery which just about says it all. Lauren gave great advice on some bits of the design I was unsure of, big thank you!
