Great service in store

After having some trouble elsewhere getting the utility room designed, I walked into store and was seen straight away. Big shout out to Lauren, seen me right away and designed our utility there and then. Walked in at 1pm, by 2:15pm had it ordered, paid for and scheduled for delivery which just about says it all. Lauren gave great advice on some bits of the design I was unsure of, big thank you!

I phoned with a query about spare parts for a Garda mixer tap

I phoned with a query about spare parts for a mixer tap that was fitted during a kitchen refurb three years ago. The service I received was excellent. The person I spoke to was so pleasant and very helpful. I had lots of questions ,all answered and when she didn’t know the answer she went to find out and phoned me back twice, enabling me to order exactly what I needed. This was the kind of service you hope for but don’t often get. Five stars from me!
