Doors

Not used Howdens for a period of time and when i needed my new doors and handles the merchandise was in when they said , no time wasting at all. and also when i had problem with one, door a quick chat and i actually sorted the problems with a few pointers.

Huge thanks to Alison (Uckfield) - we had little ideas on how kitchens were fitted!!..but Alison kindly helped design, order and communicate to us at every stage. In this new world of online ordering etc it was very nice to have someone on the end of the tel to talk with - and she always responded to any requests very quickly. Thank you! PL

Took delivery of some flooring and…

Took delivery of some flooring and architrave yesterday. Joe Tuppenney from howdens uckfield dealt with the order for me, I’ve used howdens for a good few years now and have worked with Joe on a number of quotes and orders and he has always been on point with getting me where I need to be and quickly answering any questions I may have (however trivial they may be!) Joe is an asset to Howdens, a decent guy and knows his stuff. Thank you Joe!

Fabulous kitchen designer

We've been planning our kitchen for a long time. Our local branch in Uckfield have been marvelous. Ali, our kitchen designer has the patience of a saint. We have changed our mind, dates, the layout on more than one occasion! Ali, you are our angel, thank you for sticking with us through our fickle journey.

Enquired about an account

Enquired about an account. Then was pressured to get account opened. Hurry up fill forms out. Then when got account couldn't access prices, couldn't Log in, was told have to call or can get quotes by email. Whole point is to be able to compare prices and browse. They think they are the only trade supplier. Gave up and won't be using them as a supplier. Sticking with current supplier. Hope the pushy salesman got his commission adding a ghost customer..... thanks for nothing Joe....
