Kind and helpful

The man behind the counter was extremely helpful, patiently and finally found my order only to realise I had made the mistake of arriving at the wrong store, instead of sending me on my way he kindly contacted the other store to confirm and once he had he allowed us to take what he had available. Great customer service, would highly recommend

I popped into Howdens on a whim on Saturday morning to see if they could help me with a quote query without my builder. A very helpful young man answered all my questions and gave me a clearer picture of costs so I could make a more informed decision.
