Wareham provides an outstaning service, Howdens worksurfaces should also be commended

My wife and I are delighted with our Howdens kitchen and the Silestone worktop they have installed. The products are very high quality, and the service has been brilliant too. As with any complicated project, there have been some issues, but what we've found is that the branch (Wareham), and in particular the manager Ben and his assistant, have been extremely supportive and willing to do anything they can to help. Thank you to Simon too, who went through numerous revisions of the kitchen design with my wife, and was very patient. Alongside the kitchen units and doors, we have bought our worktops through Howdens, with their in-house Howdens Worksurfaces installing 30mm Miami Vena Silestone. After the initial install of the worktop, there were aspects we weren't pleased with, and despite initially feeling frustrated by the customer service person we were speaking to, our case was escalated to the manager Charlotte Ellis. From the first contact (in which Charlotte had to deal with a displeased customer), she's demonstrated that she listens, empathises and will then deliver on the promises she makes. It's fair to say that Charlotte went above and beyond to resolve our issues, and Howdens Worksurfaces has turned an unhappy customer into a very happy one. Despite it being stressful at times, we've got to where we needed to be in a relatively short period of time, and we're grateful to all the team for helping us do that.

Brilliant service

Got a kitchen here recently, and both the designer (Simon) and the store manager were really helpful. We made multiple changes to the plan, coming into the showroom multiple times, and even made upgrades post purchase. By all accounts we must have been the most annoying customers ever, but all staff we have met have been so helpful and committed to us achieving the vision of the kitchen we want to create.

Excellent service from ben, Simon and team

Excellent service from ben, Simon and team at the wareham branch at howdens. Great skills with communication and exceptional designing with our kitchens. Nothing is too much trouble and also very good at any obstacles before, during and even after designing stages. We always use them as they are like for like quotes and are always happy to beat other prices we’ve had.
